Denver named Mike D'Antoni as head coach and signed him to a reported 3
year, $2.75 million contract.  D'Antoni was Denver's director of player 
personnel last season and coached in Italy the prior 7 seasons.  Denver 
also named John Lucas, Louie Dampier, and Mike Evans as assistant 
coaches.
