The NBA announced the All-Rookie teams.  The teams were selected by the
NBA coaches who selected a 1st team (worth 2 points) and a 2nd team 
(worth 1 point) and were not allowed to vote for players on their team.  
Elton Brand (Chi) and Steve Francis (Hou) were the only unanimous 
selections.
