TRADE: Toronto traded the rights to first round draft pick Jonathan Bender
(#5) to Indiana for Antonio Davis.

Utah re-signed Karl Malone to a 4 year, $66.5 million contract.

Boston signed Adrian Griffin to a 1 year contract with a team option for a
2nd year.  Griffin was the MVP of the CBA last season and has been playing 
for Boston in the summer leagues.

New Jersey signed Keith Van Horn to a 6 year, $73 million contract
extension.  Van Horn has one year left on his rookie contract.

New Jersey re-signed Jamie Feick to a reported 6 year, $15 million
contract.

Philadelphia re-signed Eric Snow to a reported 7 year, $29 million
contract.  It is believed that the contract includes a player opt-out
clause after the 5th year.

Philadelphia re-signed George Lynch to a reported 6 year, $15 million
contract.

Phoenix signed Oliver Miller to a 1 year, minimum contract.

Phoenix re-signed Clifford Robinson to a 4 year, $29 million contract.

Seattle renounced their rights to Detlef Schrempf.

Sacramento renounced their rights to Michael Hawkins, Chris Robinson,
Jerome James, and Oliver Miller.
