When I saw that they had Stacked Enchiladas, I was excited that they might really know how to make them the right way, but they turned out to be the standard, ordinary Tex-Mex variety served flat instead of rolled (although this sauce does approach the Arizona style red enchiladas).

Everything else that to me makes up a basic Tex-Mex meal cost extra--a bowl of chile con queso and even an order of beans to go along with the enchiladas.
