| The Mudslingers of Snohomish County
charge an annual fee of $10.00 per member. Five dollars goes to 4-H
to support Fair Pins and Member Grants,
two dollars to cover club provided
insurance, and three dollars goes to the Mudslingers expense fund to help
pay for expenses and Fair Trophies. Some events, activities, and rides may require "use" or
"entry" fees, and each member is responsible for payment and registration.
Most of the forms listed here are in Adobe Acrobat
(PDF) format. You probably already have a reader installed, but if you
don't, you can go here to download a free reader which will allow you to fill
out and print the forms.

4H Motorcycle / ATV
Project Book - This is a Draft of the Project/Club activities
overview. It will give you an idea of what is involved when you
join the club. It also gives information on club events, activities, and
Fair participation.
The (6) forms marked with Red ** are those
required for enrollment. Please complete these forms and bring
to the meeting (along with the $10 annual enrollment
fees).
4 H Enrollment
Form - front - Enrollment
Form - back
**(Both pages) You need to
fill this out and bring it with you to your first meeting. It can be
filled out on your computer and printed out on your printer. Sign it and
come on down! If you are unsure what to do or feel uncomfortable with any
portion, simply leave it blank and discuss it with the club president.
4 H Motorcycle/ATV/ORV Registration
- **You will need this filled out if you have a Quad or Motorcycle you plan on
using for 4 H activities.
ATV Size / Age Waiver -** If your child is under the age of 16 years and
intends to ride an ATV, you will, in all likelihood, be required to fill out and
sign this waiver. Most ATV manufacturers recommend that only riders 16
years in age or older ride their ATV's. As a result, children under the
age of 16 must have a signed waiver on file before they can ride.
Medical Consent and Release Form - **Another form that needs to be filled out and on file with the Club prior to any
event or ride participation. Hopefully, it will never be needed, but if
it is, you need it before, not after.
No Fault Form - **More legalese.
Riding a motorcycle or quad has inherent dangers; you know it, the lawyers know
it, 4-H knows it. Now we will all know that we all know, and we all know
the others know that we know...well you get the idea.
4-H Service and Repair Workshop - **The kids get to work on the bikes and quads as they (the bikes and quads, not
the kids) need service and work. You get to grant permission. You
know the drill; read, sign, bring along...
Fair Requirements -
You want to go to fair? Bet you didn't even know motorcycles and
quads could go to fair. Well they do, and you could too. Here's the
lowdown...
Survival Kit - A quick list of suggested
items to bring along on your "outdoor" rides. Not for your week long mountain
climbing expedition, just enough to keep you going for the better part of a day, should
you get lost.
Snohomish County 4 H Motorcycle
Riding/Event Rules - Nothing to fill out, you just need to know about them,
obey them, commit them to memory, don't forget them, read them again, and, um,
oh yeah,...obey them. They are for the safety and enjoyment of all users
and riders. And they are pretty basic stuff.
