Kris was kind of leaning towards calling her "Lady" anyway. I had been wanting to do some sort of name play on "rat" for a while. And, well, since Lady Ratterley seemed to absolutely love sex (even if she could only engage in incestuous lesbian relationships most of the time), tacking on something that rhymed with "Chatterley" and had "rat" in it seemed perfect.

I used to love calling her name from across the room in the style of David Letterman doing his impression of Jerry Lewis: "Hey, Lady!"
