Supplemental (loose) maps are NOT included because most are missing. However we do have a few maps. If a map is available for the issue of magazine that you buy, you can buy the map for an additional $0.25. Click for details.

The purchaser shall be responsible for costs of mailing, taxes, and customs duties as applicable.
