HOV Lane violators reporting information
Nothing chaps my hide more than an HOV lane violator. I take great pleasure in reporting those bastards who feel the need to abuse that lane and feel they can get away with it. Now if we could impose a law to ticket qualified car pools who don't use the carpool lane but decide to go slow in the fast lane, people who use on ramps that merge into the fastlane on freeways but go 35 mph when merging, people who don't use their blinkers.... Okay, I've got some issues - but the medication is helping :)
Unfortunately I only have information for Washington state for now but I plan to accumulate as many web addresses as possbile to help spread the information to whomever may wander onto this page. King County - Seattle and outlying areas:

Harris County - Houston(?) Texas:
http://www.ridemetro.org/TransportationServices/Carpool_Vanpool_Services/HOV_system.asp - only has a phone number to report people with (713-921-HERO), but has a lot of info (maps, hours and occupants, etc) - *UPDATED 4/6/2006*
Virginia:
http://www.virginiadot.org/comtravel/hov-default.asp - I can't find where to report someone on this page, but there is a lot of info about HOV lane usage
