A (brief) history, but probably way more than you wanted to know

Where: Tacoma, Wa
When: 11/19/1969 (although I act like I was born in 1989)
What (does that make me?): Scorpio

ME: I'm a native Washingtonian who still lives in Washington. I've never lived anywhere else, but hopefully will someday. Wanna own a nice villa overlooking the ocean in SoCal eventually.

WORK: Had several meaningless jobs until I found out what I wanted to do with my life - Unix System Administration. Been working at Classmates.com since 2/2002 as a Unix Systems Engineer. Prior to here I worked at Tenzing Communications (in flight email and web browsing) and AT&T Wireless.

INTERESTS: Golf - not for the finesse of the game but more for the fact that you can hit something as hard as you can out in a public open space and not get busted for it. I didn't say I was any good at it.... Mariners, Huskies, scuba, music (almost all kinds), "playing" guitar (metal/alternative), reading, driving, camping, and a computing obsession (internet, scripting, personal web development, taking over the world, and spreading the word of linux).

LOVE: Found her!! And she's perfect. =)

FAVORITE...

MOVIES: Evil Dead series, Godfather series, Sneakers!!!!!, Singles, American Pie I/II, Tin Cup, Scent of a Woman, Captain Ron, The American President, Vacation, Vegas Vacation, Pump Up the Volume, The Matrix, 16 Candles, Weird Science, A Christmas Story, etc.... All time Favorite? Probably Singles. Why? Because it exemplifies the period of time in my life of newfound independence and freedom - and grunge was big in my early 20's. It reminds me of a time I wish I could go back to but can't - really pisses me off

PHRASES: "Did you ever feel the world was a tuxedo and you were a pair of brown shoes?" (George Goebel on Johnny Carson in 1964), "trouble pretty much always knows where I am" (Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon IV), (this and the next one are from a former friend of mine) "you dance like a frightened epileptic", and "how 'bout a nice warm cup of mayonnaise" to send the drunken party goer over the edge. I'm such a bastard aren't I :)

PET PEAVES: sand in my crevasses (sic), people who always think they are right, stupid and inconsiderate drivers, people who don't say "thank-you" when you open the door for them, bullies, blatant injustice, and the abuse of animals in any form.
