These are the ideas we have for modifications in the galley. As with everything else, they will change as we get new information, or make new decisions. Nothing in this world is unchanging, and we are not locked into any of these ideas.

First is to replace the existing icebox with a better insulated one, and add a cooling unit to make it usable as a refrigerator, at the same time we will reroute the icebox drain from the bilge (ick!) to the sink outlet.

Next is to replace the existing stove with a better quality unit, probably a Force 10 triple burner. The current unit has a poor regulation system, and is in need of an overhaul anyway. Replacing it will be more expensive, but not prohibitively so, and the new unit will be of better quality than refurbishing the existing one.

The only thing else for the galley is stowage. Modifications to drawers and cabinats to enhance stowage and access to stowed items.
