If too much cream has been applied and the hair becomes greasy, rinse hair without touching the scalp in tepid water for 2-3 seconds. The cream is water soluble and the excess cream will be removed from the hair, but not from the scalp. Wash hair with a good tar-based shampoo at least every three days as the cream has the best effect when left on for a considerable period. Once the condition has cleared, apply the cream on a less regular basis.
