Airport Codes

Note that this information was largely just scrounged from my notes, Wikipedia, and other finds on Google.  Please advise me if you find errors at
"xeno.campanoli@gmail.com".  I hope to add a few airports every night for a while until I get a list of all the ones I hope to 
memorize myself.  That will likely include every airport in Washington State, most in Oregon, a lot from Idaho and California, and outstanding ones from everywhere else.
I will try to give green colors to places in the Northwest, going blue to things further away and slate gray to the rest.
