I am NOT a lawyer. I am a fan of Harry Litman and his Youtube posts under the section "Talking Feds with Harry Litman". However, I find Harry hard to follow, and oftentimes it is even hard, given the long list of points he brings up, along with the disheveled order they are typically in, to parse his information well. I speculate this is probably a product of the environment lawyers work in, at least in part. For most of us, it is hard to walk away with conclusions we can cite under this kind of presentation. Among other things, he uses many compound sentences (a behavior typical with those who often deal with conversations where they may be interrupted in the middle of their reasoning). Any comprehensible lists that can be taken out have items separated with digressive anecdotes and supporting references. The casual reader will therefore have a hard time parsing what they might want, especially in one listen, and those whose opinions he might be correcting (like a typical MAGA proponent of fan), in their own already well established inability to reason, clearly will not be able to get what they may be best receiving. That may make it easier for Harry to not have to deal with irrational detractors, but it does not help the needed information to get across.
Now that I have said this, and re-read it, I realize I have some of those problems myself, so good responses I might make are non-trivial work and I must take care.
I first slapped this together after several listenings around noon on May 6, 2025, and I am NOT necessarly the best editor, that not having been my consistent activity since my last two quarters of Community College in the late 70s. Still, I think doing this might be helpful. I will try to parse out lists where I can, and if I get feedback, I will try to make improvements. Harry himself is welcome to contact me.
Best wishes Harry. Keep at it. Thank you.
