This marriage was probably a species of handfasting, as their son Angus had a precept of legitimation 5 April 1584. (She was suing for divorce in 1582.) He was killed at Kyleakin in Skye before 17 March 1607, when he is referred to as deceased and also as bastard. | ||||||
