Glass Trike Bridge #1
I have always been intriued by the protruding glass-floored walkways on skyscrapers and the transparent floor of the Space Needle's observation deck.  Recently I acquired the walkup window of the old Enumclaw National Bank and will use it to make a glass trike bridge.  The 200-pound window is 57 inches long, 28 inches wide, and 1.25 inches thick.
First task was to find a crossing point for the 16 foot rails.
I initially laid down two pier blocks and tentatively set support beams and rails in place.  The glass will be supported by the center rail and a 2x4 attached to the right rail.  It is also supported on its ends by the ramps.
