Everyone,
My ventilator comes with a remote alarm that plugs into the back of
the vent. The cable it comes with can be strung into an adjacent room.
I don't use one but I should. I'd be dead in a couple minutes if a nurse
wouldn't wake up.
I can only remember having an infection that smelled bad once. I
don't remember why the doctor gave me what he did but it worked.
Bacteria are winning the war but we are not limited to Cipro for
psuedomonas. Labs perform sensitivity tests to determine how effective
a particular antibiotic is against that bacteria. Whenever I have
infections, the lab always cultures the same two things; staph aureus
and psuedomonas.
I've taken a handful of different antibiotics that kill both. The last
culture I took added a new one to the mix. Something called entero
bacter. I didn't treat it but was wondering if anyone had heard of
entero bacter? Thanks,
Eric
