Wow to you have will power! No chocolate???? Oh how I enjoy indulging in
the delectable, scrumptious stuff. I too eat small meals or I pay the
price big time. I am upset that I have gained weight on these
hypertension drugs. Very bad for a vent-user. I never heard of Pulmacare
but I'm glad it gives you energy. Thanks for your suggestions. Are you a
polio survivor or do you have MD? I wonder if there are any spinal cord
injured persons are there? It would be kind of nice to know who is what
and who is trached and who uses non-invasive vents. Gosh, this sure is an
interesting site. I am learning so much and feel such a camaraderie with
