Hi Doctor,
I think your patient could benefit from a software program called "Dragon
Dictate." It has been marketed for several years now. A person speaks
into a microphone and the words fly onto the screen. There is no need for
a keyboard. If your patient has trouble speaking, he could use the "Eye

daughter and I tried it at the Disability Expo. It was designed for high
level quads. I kept moving my head too much at first. Then, as I became
more comfortable I was able to manipulate the cursor with my eye gaze and
blinks. Incredible! The very best source for adapted software is the
TRACE Center located at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin.
They have a web pg. but I don't know the address. They spent hours on the
phone with me trying to install a one-finger program for me. Windows '95
