Yes, I would. The only disabled person that I have heard about that found
it a benefit was Steven Hawkings. He had less distractions to his thinking
I would at least want the painful nuisances taken away from them.
On the other hand< I would want my painful nuisances taken away.
If given a chance, I would take the 50 million dollars, beauty, brains,
and a great sex life.
But, Look at Lady Diana! She sure wasn't happy and she had many wordly
gifts!
I think I could have made do with her lot in life. Of course, i wouldn't
trade with her now.
A reverse of the question; Would I choose to be disabled? No, no
one does.
Would I be able to adapt to it? ..........I hope so. I thinkI think I would
spend more time on writing ....... I would be more apt to die than lots of
the disabled people I have known, Because i am not as much of a fighter as
them.
An adoptive mother of several disabled children once told me, "I
consider it a privilege to be able to care for my
children.".................... That pretty much sums up the way I feel about
my clients.
