Hi Gary,
I use a Shiley size 8 cuffed tube it is changed every 10
weeks I only have the cuff up at night because I lose to
much air when I am sleeping,but I can still talk over the
cuff upto 6 mill's tube changes and suctioning do not seem
to cause more secretions.
