Browse provides an overview of the hypertext nodes and how they are linked by displaying a tree structure. You can move around the tree with the mouse or the navigation keys. A node in the tree can be selected. In this manner the user can "drill down" on the area of interest. A forward browse is invoked when pressing F1 from a window displaying hypertext.
