\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 These verses are those chosen by Our Daily Bread<\/a> today.\u00a0 It is an appropriate set of verses for me today in a way which I will explain below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Joshua 1:6-11 <\/span>King James Version (KJV)<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

6\u00a0<\/sup>Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.<\/span><\/p>\n

7\u00a0<\/sup>Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest.<\/span><\/p>\n

8\u00a0<\/sup>This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.<\/span><\/p>\n

9\u00a0<\/sup>Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord<\/span> thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.<\/span><\/p>\n

10\u00a0<\/sup>Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,<\/span><\/p>\n

11\u00a0<\/sup>Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the Lord<\/span> your God giveth you to possess it.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I find myself making a transition both in my personal life, having recently ended my term of community custody and entering into a new set of freedoms, and with my business having recently added consulting and web authoring services.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Like Joshua and his people following him, I am facing a time of much uncertainty and the only thing I can know with certainty is that God is with me, even as he was during my time in solitary confinement in prison.<\/span><\/p>\n
