\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I’m four days from 57.\u00a0 This is a lousy time of year to have a birthday.\u00a0 Instead of just one reminder of growing old and dying, I’ve got that and Halloween.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It has me thinking of things I’d like to accomplish or experience before I die.\u00a0 The number one thing is to know God and have complete absolute faith, no fear.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 After that is healing of my family, to have correct relationships with my daughter and youngest son.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And then that God grant me the ability to provide for my wife and not leave her alone.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I’d like to see a world without war, poverty, hatred, and with freedom and human rights and sustainability and not to have to forfeit the freedom for sustainability as the Agenda 21 folks would dictate.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Right now I’ve got a boil about half inch in diameter that doesn’t want to go away.\u00a0 I’ve gotten these before but in the past they’ve always gone by themselves in a week or two.\u00a0 But I had to get antibiotics for these and they gave me doxycycline hyclate and I am experiencing some of the expected side effects which are not a lot of fun.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 My wife is working tonight, my 2nd youngest son, Raymond, is staying overnight with a friend, so I’m here alone save for the dog.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And I’m really feeling down.\u00a0 Nothing on the radio but ghost stories and other reminders of death.\u00a0 And the darkness and rain and we’re losing an hour this weekend so it will be getting dark even earlier now.
