Subject: Quick news items

Sound bites:

So I was talking to Stephen Fry yesterday... (You can do that kind of
stuff too, if you go to the film festival.) He was just killing time
outside the theatre before the first screening of "Wilde", after all...
He said a new series of "A Bit of Fry and Laurie" was planned for late in
the year "just as soon as Hugh and I write it".

Local news:

The Seattle Internation Film Festival has a week to go. ALERT: STEPHEN
FRY WILL BE AT THE SECOND SCREENING OF "WILDE" (about Oscar Wilde) ON
TUESDAY. Check out their web site at http://www.seattlefilm.com

June 13th is KBTC's semi-annual EastEnders/Doctor Who/BritCom fundraising
marathon. As always we're looking for volunteers to man and woman the
phones. Let me know if you're interested. I'll soon be mailing
directions to those who said they were interested.
