[This is from what I saw and the notes I took.  Please excuse
spelling, grammatical, and typing errors as I haven't been
getting much sleep and I am trying to type in as many summaries
as I can.  Times listed indicates time _left_ in the quarter,
half, and/or game.  I am assuming that you know who plays for
which team and I sometime abbreviate teams' names to two or three
letters.  I'm going to use present tense even though the games
are over because I think present tense shows more of the emotion
and I don't have to convert my notes.  Comments, questions,
suggestions, and praise welcomed.]

Atlanta Hawks vs Chicago Bulls in Chicago

1st Quarter:  
Jordan gets first shot and points.  Both teams score.  Pippen has
trouble controlling an over-thrown lead pass and tosses another
over-thrown pass to Jordan who somehow controls it with one hand
and nails the jumper.  Incredible.  More action takes place and
it is 10-9 Chi 9:58 on a Jordan jumper.  The teams trade baskets
and leads.  Timeout at 6:50.  14-13 Chi.  Teams trade points,
misses, and leads.  The Bulls go on an 8-0 run and the Hawks call
time.  17-22 Chi 4:02.  The Hawks come back and Blaylock scores
with the foul.  Grant has a nice block, but Willis gets the ball
and the basket.  Willis is called for his 2nd foul and Grant goes
0 of 2 at the line.  Cartwright gets the rebound and is fouled by
Blaylock.  2 of 2 and 22-26 Chi at 3 minute mark.  Jordan is
hitting.  Wilkens draws the foul and the shot goes in.  He missed
the foul shot.  Bulls by 2 at 2 minute mark.  Cartwright takes an
ugly outside shot which doesn't fall.  Bulls go on an 8-2 run to
finish the quarter.  36-28 Chi.  Jordan 18, Wilkens 14.  Bulls
shooting 70%.

2nd Quarter:
Opens with a Pippen outside jumper.  Tucker nails a 3.  Nice pass
from S Henson to an open Keefe in the paint for a dunk.  43-30
Chi 9:56.  Bulls are in control and are getting the offensive
boards.  Their game is on.  Perdue is getting boards and some
points for Chicago's 2nd unit.  47-34 Chi 7:16.  68% shooting by
the Bulls with 7 offensive rebounds.  Willis gets his 3rd foul
and puts Jordan on the line.  Wilkens also has 2 fouls.  Grant
gets his 2nd swat of the night, but some hard work gives the
Hawks 2.  50-38 Chi 5:00.  A couple of questionable calls. 
Blaylock nails a 3.  57-41 Chi and it stays that way for a bit
until Wilkens collects his 3rd foul sending Jordan to the line. 
1 of 2 at 1:45.  Chi has cooled, but is still getting offensive
rebounds.  61-45 Chi 50 sec.  A free throw, Blaylock 3 and it is
62-48 Chi at the half.  Offensive rebounds for the half: Atl 5,
Chi 14.

3rd Quarter:
First points of the quarter comes from Cartwright a minute into
the quarter.  Atl gets their first at the line where Augmon goes
2 of 2.  Chi gets several offensive boards and Armstrong hits an
outside jumper.  Atl misses and Jordan drives and rolls it around
the rim and in.  Another Atl miss leads to an Armstrong
breakaway.  Atl timeout.  50-70 Chi 9:28.  Atl misses and
Armstrong swishes a 3.  Traveling against Atl.  Na, na, naa, na;
na, na, naa, na; hey, hey; goodbye!  (yes, I did write that in my
notes.)  A beauti feed from Jordan through traffic to Pippen for
the layin.  52-79 Chi 7:37.  Couple of baskets, several misses, a
few free throws - nothing that exciting to report.  56-80 Chi
5:30.  Chi still dominating the offensive boards.  Nice move by
Williams for the dunk.  Wilkens hits the 3 and Williams answers
with a 12 ft jumper.  60-86 Chi 3:49.  - TNT cuts to bonus
coverage of the Knicks-Pacer game, also a blowout *** - Comes
back at 1:09 90-63 Chi.  And Jordan swishes the 3 at the end of
the quarter.  95-65 Chi.

4th Quarter:
Teams trade pretty shots to start quarter.  Jordan shots the 3,
two feet behind the line and it goes.  Can you say unconscious? 
100-71 Chi 9:19.  And the scrubs (plus Pippen) are in.  They keys
to this blowout (besides Chi being a better team): Willis and
Wilkens in early foul trouble; Chi offensive rebounds; and Chi
intensity.  108-75 Chi 6:30.  And Pippen is now resting with
Jordan.  Williams goes down and is accidently stepped on and is
holding his leg in pain.  108-79 Chi 4:43.  - Bonus coverage of
Knicks Pacers' game.  Pacers have cut the lead to 8.  -  And back
at 53.4 sec left.  114-90 Chi.  You still here?  Most of the
people in Chicago weren't.  Williams' ankle was taped and he
didn't return.  He will be evaluated later.  
Final: Atlanta Hawks 90, Chicago Bulls 114.

*** My bonus coverage:
Okay, it was a blow out up to that point.  Indiana came back from
19 down to be within two with the ball and 40 seconds left in the
game.  Thompson hits the outside jumper.  Tied 104-104.  Timeout.
30 seconds.  Ewing nails a turn around jumper with the shot clock
running out and Thompson in his face.  106-104 NY.  Timeout. 
10.8 seconds.  Ind is out of timeouts.  McCloud inbounds to
Miller who loses the ball out of bounds (with some help from
Ewing - some question as to whether he was pushed or just good D
- no call anyways).  Knicks ball and timeout.  5.6 seconds. 
Ewing sent to the line.  Only 1 of 2.  107-104 NY.  5 seconds
left.  Miller takes a 3 from 4 feet behind the line - no good. 
Knicks win.
