It was the 5th time a Mavs opponent had a triple-double in the playoffs. 2002 In the first round of the playoffs, Dallas defeated Minnesota 115-102 to sweep the series 3-0 and advance to the second round. It was the first time Dallas ever swept a playoff series. 2003 Dallas lost the draw with San Antonio to determine the draft order for teams that finish with the same record. Dallas would draft at #29 and San Antonio would draft at #28. 2005 Keith Van Horn suffered a serious sprained left ankle during the 2nd quarter of Game 3 vs Houston and did not return. He would miss the rest of the playoff due to the injury. 2009 In the first round of the playoffs, Dallas defeated San Antonio 106-93 to take the series 4-1 and advance to the second round. 2011 Activated Rodrigue Beaubois and placed Corey Brewer (no injury) on IL. Beaubois was on IL for 12 days (6 games) with a sprained left foot. Brewer would be activated 5 days (1 game) later. 2011 In the first round of the playoffs, Dallas defeated Portland 103-96 to take the series 4-2 and advance to the second round. 2012 Placed Dominique Jones and Lamar Odom on IL. Both would remain on IL for the entire playoffs. 2015 In the first round of the playoffs, Houston defeated Dallas to take the series 4-1 and eliminate Dallas from the playoffs.
