1997  Sasha Danilovic exercised the early termination option of his
      contract and became a free agent.  He then signed with Buckler 
      Bologna of the Italian League.

2000  Hubert Davis opted-out of his contract and became a free agent.
      Dallas would re-sign him 8/1/00.

2006  The NBA suspended DJ Mbenga for 6 games for going in to the stands
      to see what the commotion was between head coach Avery Johnson's 
      wife and some fans during the 5/30/06 Game 4 in Phoenix.  Mbenga,
      who was on IL and sitting behind the team bench, returned to his 
      seat without any interaction with the fans.  The league ruled no 
      fines or suspensions for owner Mark Cuban, who also entered the 
      stands.

    35-20 in the 4th quarter.

    rebounds and Josh Howard had 23 points including 9-15 FG and 7 
    rebounds.
  Nowitzki's 50 points was the most by a Mav in playoff history.  It was 
    the 7th time a Mavs player had 40+ points in the playoffs and the 11th 
    of 27 times Nowitzki had 40+ points with Dallas.
  Tim Thomas (Pho) had 26 points including 9-14 FG and 6-8 3-pointers,
    Shawn Marion (Pho) had 20 points including 9-13 FG and 10 rebounds, 
    and Steve Nash (Pho) had 20 points including 5-17 FG, 6 rebounds, and 
    11 assists.
