2004  Reached a 5 year, midlevel exception agreement with restricted 
      free agent Marquis Daniels with a 6th year at the team's option.
      Due to the July Moratorium, the deal could not be formally signed 
      until July 14.

2004  Signed 1st round draft pick (#5) Devin Harris to a 3 year,
      $8,842,440 contract with a 4th year worth $3,995,003 at the team's
      option.

2006  Reached a 3 year contract agreement with DJ Mbenga.  The contract
      would not be formally signed until 7/13/06

2009  Reached a contract agreement with Memphis free agent Quinton Ross.
      The contract would be signed 7/8/09 [delayed due to the July 
      Moratorium].

2009  Reached a contract agreement with Orlando restricted free agent 
      Marcin Gortat to a 5 year contract at the mid-level exemption.  
      Orlando would match Dallas' offer 7/14/09 and, thus, Gortat would 
      remain with Orlando.

2013  A Dallas contingent that included owner Mark Cuban, coach Rick 
      Carlisle, and Dirk Nowitzki met for 3 hours with free agent Dwight
      Howard on Tuesday. Howard would meet with 5 teams (Dal, LAL, Hou,
      GS, Atl) before announcing on 7/5/13 that he would sign with 
      Houston.

2016  Reached a 4 year, $94 million contract agreement with Golden State
      restricted free agent Harrison Barnes.  The agreement could not 
      be signed until the July Moratorium ended on July 7.
