2003  Signed Josh Howard to a 3 year, $2,590,920 contract with a 4th
      year worth $1,667,603 at the team's option.

2007  Bernard Griffith accepted a position to coach high school basketball
      in New Orleans.  Griffith had been with Dallas as a developmental 
      coach since Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005.

2008  Signed free agent Gerald Green to a 1 year, minimum contract.

2010  Reached a 4 year, $80 million contract agreement with Dirk Nowitzki.
      The new contract could not be signed until the July Moratorium 
      ended 7/8/10 and was formally signed 7/19/10.

2012  Dallas free agent Jason Terry reportedly reached a 3 year, $15.6 
      million contract agreement with Boston.  The contract could not be
      formally signed until after the July Moratorium ended on July 11.

2012  Free agent Deron Williams, whom Dallas courted, reportedly reached
      a 5 year, $100 million contract agreement to re-sign with Brooklyn.
      The contract could not be formally signed until after the July 
      Moratorium ended on July 11.

2014  Reached a 3 year, $30 million contract agreement to re-sign Dirk 
      Nowitzki (taking a 50% paycut) with the 3rd year at Nowitzki's 
      option.  The agreement could not become official until the July 
      Moratorium ended on 7/10/14 and the contract would be formally
      signed on 7/15/14.

2015  Reached a 4 year contract agreement with Portland free agent 
      Wesley Matthews.  The agreement could not be formally signed 
      until the July Moratorium ended on 7/9/15 and would be signed on 
      7/9/15.

2015  Reached a 4 year, $80 million contract agreement with LA 
      Clippers free agent DeAndre Jordan.  The agreement could not be 
      formally signed until the July Moratorium ended on 7/9/16, but 
      Jordan would renege on the agreement (without giving Dallas 
      advance notification) and re-signed with the Clippers on 7/9/15.

2015  Reached a 1 year, minimum contract agreement to re-sign Richard 
      Jefferson.  The agreement could can not be formally signed until 
      the July Moratorium ended on 7/9/15.  Dallas gave Jefferson the 
      option of negating the deal after the Jordan deal fell through 
      and Jefferson elected to negate the deal and would sign with 
      Cleveland on 8/6/15.

2016  Reached a 4 year, $37 million agreement to re-signed Dwight 
      Powell.  The agreement could not be signed until the July 
      Moratorium ended on July 7.

2016  Reached an 1 year, $10 million agreement to re-sign Deron 
      Williams. The agreement could not be signed until the July 
      Moratorium ended on July 7.
