1999  Signed Greg Bucker to a 1 year contract.  He would be released 
      before the season started (but would be re-signed midway through 
      the season).

2000  Re-signed Greg Buckner to a 2 year, $2.3 million contract.

2005  Signed Rawle Marshall to a 1 year contract with a 2nd year at the
      team's option.
