1995  Signed Cherokee Parks to a 3 year contract.

2000  Signed 1st round draft pick Donnell Harvey to a 3 year, $2,781,960 
      contract with a 4th year worth $1,631,906 at the team's option.

2002  Re-signed Eduardo Najera to a 6 year, $24 million contract with a 
      player opt-out after the 5th year.

2003  Promoted Larry Riley to full time assistant coach.  Riley replaced 
      Sidney Moncrief as an assistant coach (Moncrief had left about a 
      month prior).

2003  Promoted Rolando Blackman to director of player development.

2004  Named Hubert Davis as a player developement coach.

2004  Cleveland signed Dallas free agent Scott Williams.  Williams played
      the previous season with Dallas, but Dallas did not plan on 
      re-signing him.

2007  Traded Greg Buckner to Minnesota for Trenton Hassell. 

2007  Named Mario Elie as an assistant coach. 

2009  Signed Jake Voskuhl to a non-guaranteed contract.  Voskuhl would be
      released 10/22/09.

2012  Signed Josh Akognon, Tu Holloway, and DJ Mbenga to non-guaranteed 
      contracts.   All three would be released before the regular season
      started.
