Dallas signed guards Jerome Allen and Reggie Freeman to 1 year,
non-guaranteed contracts.  Allen saw limited minutes with Indiana and
Denver last season and with Minnesota the season before.  Freeman is a
rookie from Texas.

Dallas released Malcolm Mackey.

For the game, Shawn Bradley picked up his 3rd foul early in the 2nd.  With
Bradley on the bench, the game was tied when San Antonio went on a 22-0
run as Dallas couldn't score for over 7 1/2 minutes (the drought ended on
free throws by Hubert Davis).  The game was a blowout the rest of the way.
