5/28 J.J. Barea underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left shoulder to
     repair a cartilage injury.
5/22 Josh Howard underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left ankle and 
     left wrist.
5/5 Josh Howard left the Denver game during the 1st quarter due to
    his sprained right ankle and did not return.
5/3 Erick Dampier and Josh Howard left the Denver game with
    sprained ankles, but both were able to return to action.
4/23 Gerald Green left the San Antonio game during the 4th quarter
     with a sprained left ankle.
4/13 Josh Howard (sore left ankle) did not play in the Minnesota game.
4/3 Josh Howard (sore left ankle) did not play in the Memphis game.
3/29 Josh Howard (sore left ankle) did not play in the Cleveland game.
3/27 Jason Kidd (sore lower back) and Josh Howard (sore left ankle)
     did not play in the Denver game.
3/26 Devean George underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee to
     remove loose fragments.
3/25 Josh Howard (sore left ankle) did not play in the Golden State
     game.
3/20 Josh Howard (sore left ankle) and Erick Dampier (sore left
     knee) did not play in the Indiana game.
3/19 Devean George (injured right knee) and Erick Dampier (swollen
     left knee) did not play.
3/17 Devean George did not play in the Detroit and Lakers games due 
     to an injured right knee.
3/13 Devean George did not play in the Golden State game due to an
     injured right knee.
3/11 J.J. Barea left the Portland game during the 4th quarter with an
     injured shoulder.
3/11 Devean George left the Portland game during the 4th quarter
     with an injured right knee.
3/5 Josh Howard did not play in the 2nd half of the New Orleans
    game due to a sore left ankle.
3/2 Josh Howard did not play in the 2nd half of the Oklahoma City
    game due to a sore left ankle.
3/1 J.J. Barea suffered 2 broken front teeth during the 2nd quarter
    of the Toronto game, but was able to return to action in the 2nd 
    half.
2/9 Jason Terry underwent surgery on his left hand to stabilize a
    broken bone.  The is no timetable for his return.
2/7 Jason Terry suffered a broken bone in his left hand late in the
    2nd quarter of the Chicago game.  He expects to be out 3 weeks.
1/9 Josh Howard suffered a sprained left wrist early in the 3rd
    quarter of the Phoenix game and did not return.
12/30 J.J. Barea left the Minnesota game during the 2nd quarter
      with a shoulder injury and did not return.
12/9 Dallas announced that Josh Howard would be out indefinitely
     (instead of day-to-day) with a sore left ankle.  Since there 
     has been swelling in the ankle almost every other day, the 
     doctors are having him wear a protected boot for a few days - 
     MRIs show no structural damage.
12/6 Antoine Wright did not play in the Atlanta, Phoenix, or 
     Clippers games due to a strained left groin.
11/29 Antoine Wright left the Sacramento game during the 2nd
      quarter with a strained left groin and did not return.
11/28 Jerry Stackhouse received electric shock treatment on his
      right heel for his plantar fasciaitis and did not travel with 
      the team for the 2-game road trip.
11/25 Gerald Green (sore back) did not play in the Indiana game.
10/23 Jerry Stackhouse (plantar fascia right foot) and Devean
      George (bone chip left hand) did not play in the Indiana game.
10/21 J.J. Barea (right knee contusion) and Keith McLeod (strained
      right hamstring) did not play in the Chicago game.
10/18 J.J. Barea (right knee contusion), Keith McLeod (strained
      right hamstring), and Devean George (bone chip left hand) 
      did not play in the Sacramento game.
10/16 J.J. Barea suffered a right knee injury early in the 4th
      quarter of the Detroit game and did not return.  
10/16 Keith McLeod (strained right hamstring), Devean George (bone
      chip left hand), and Jason Terry (rest) did not play in the 
      Detroit game.
10/15 Keith McLeod (strained right hamstring), Devean George (bone
      chip left hand), Jason Kidd (rest), Erick Dampier (rest), and 
      Jerry Stackhouse (rest) did not play in the Indiana game.
10/10 Keith McLeod (strained right hamstring) and Jason Kidd (rest) 
      did not play in the Milwaukee game.
10/9 Eddie Jones (strained left hamstring), Keith McLeod (strained 
     right hamstring), Jerry Stackhouse (attending funeral) did not 
     play in the Chicago game.
10/7 Eddie Jones (strained left hamstring) and Keith McLeod
     (strained right hamstring) did not play in the Washington game.
10/4 Keith McLeod is expeted to be out at least a week with a right
     hamstring problem.
9/29 Eddie Jones is not able to participate in training camp (for
     now) due to a strained left hamstring.
