The NBA fined Dee Brown (Orl) $5,000 and suspended him for 1 game for
coming off the bench during an altercation in Saturday's Orl-Mil game.
Orlando was fined a matching $5,000.

Denny McGowan resigned as VP of basketball operations for Denver.

Kirk Haston (senior, Indiana, forward) and Nick Burwell (sophomore, Orange
Coast Community College (CA), guard) declared themselves eligible for the 
NBA draft.  Underclassmen have until May 13 to declared themselves

Tim Duncan (SA) had 24 points on 8-23 FG and 8-12 FT and 16 rebounds.
David Robinson (SA) had 21 points including 9-10 FT and 14 rebounds.
Antonio Daniels (SA) had 16 points on 6-9 FG and 4-5 3-pointers.
Wally Szczerbiak (Min) had 20 points and 5 rebounds.
Kevin Garnett (Min) had 19 points, 15 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 blocks.
Terrell Brandon (Min) had 17 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists.
San Antonio takes the series 3-1 and advances to the 2nd round where they
will face the winner of the Dal-Uta series.
