Golden State exercised their option to pick up Indiana's 1st round draft
pick (#14) from the Jeff Foster trade.

USA Basketball announced the players for the 2001 Goodwill games that will
take place September 3 - 9 in Australia.  The players were selected on the
basis of being drafted in 1999 or 2000 or being 22 years old or younger.
They are: Shane Battier (Duke), Baron Davis (Cha), Marc Jackson (GS), 
Rashard Lewis (Sea), Mark Madsen (LAL), Shawn Marion (Pho), Kenyon Martin 
(NJ), Andre Miller (Cle), Mike Miller (Orl), Jermaine O'Neal (Ind), Wally 
Szczerbiak (Min), and Jason Terry (Atl).

Rick Fox (LAL) had 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals.
Shaquille O'Neal (LAL) had 19 points and 14 rebounds.
Derek Fisher (LAL) had 16 points on 6-9 FG and 4-4 3-pointers and 5
rebounds.
Kobe Bryant (LAL) had 28 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists.
Tim Duncan (SA) had 40 points on 15-26 FG and 9-9 FT, 15 rebounds, 4
blocks, and 6 turnovers.
David Robinson (SA) had 7 points including 3-9 FG, 9 rebounds, and 3
blocks.
Antonio Daniels (SA) had 24 points on 5-15 FG and 12-12 FT and 5 assists.
Greg Foster (LAL, sprained right foot) and Derek Anderson (SA, separated
right shoulder) did not play.
