The Basketball Hall of Fame announced the inductees for 2001.  They are:
 Players
   Moses Malone     played 21 season in NBA and ABA, 27,404 NBA points -
                    5th most, 16,212 NBA rebounds - 3rd most
 Coaches
   John Chaney      29 years NCAA coaching, 19 years with Temple
   Mike Krzyzewski  26 years coaching Army and Duke, 54-13 NCAA tournament
                    record, won 3 NCAA championships with Duke
The enshrinement ceremonies will occur October 5.

Dikembe Mutombo (Phi) had 21 points including 9-9 FT, 13 rebounds, and 5
turnovers.
Aaron McKie (Phi) had 15 points including 6-18 FG, 5 rebounds, and 3
steals.
Allen Iverson (Phi) had 15 points including 5-27 FG, 9 rebounds, 8
assists, and 4 steals.
Eric Snow (Phi) had 18 points including 7-9 FG.
Glenn Robinson (Mil) had 22 points and 8 rebounds.
Sam Cassell (Mil) had 18 points and 12 rebounds.
Ray Allen (Mil) had 20 points.
George Lynch (Phi, fractured left 5th metatarsal) and Matt Geiger (Phi,
right quad tendinitis) did not play.
Phi leads the series 3-2.
