Washington named Brian James as an assistant coach.

Underclassmen Tito Maddox (freshman, Fresno State, guard) and Tayshaun 
Prince (junior, Kentucky, guard-forward) withdrew their names from the 
NBA draft.  Underclassmen who declared themselves eligible for the draft
have until June 12 to withdraw their names from the draft.  [thanks to Jed
