Phoenix released Kendrick Johnson.

Etdrick Bohannon did not join Utah's training camp, despite reports of his
signing (probably released at his request before camp opened to sign with 
a team in Europe, as is often the case of training camp fodder who 
actually never make it to training camp).  [thanks to Jed Tai]

Fred Hoiberg is in Chicago's training camp, so apparently he was re-signed
at some point.  From RealGM.com, it looks to be a 2 year contract.
