George Lynch (Cha) is expected to undergo surgery on his left foot later
this week and will be out 2 to 3 months.

Opening day rosters of 12 active players and up to 3 players on IR must be
set by 5 pm Central time today.  The 2001-02 regular season opens tomorrow
(Tuesday)!
