USA Basketball named Michael Finley (Dal), Ray Allen (Mil), Antonio Davis
(Tor), Jason Kidd (NJ), Shawn Marion (Pho), Reggie Miller (Ind), and
Jermaine O'Neal (Ind) to Team USA for the 2002 World Championship games
that will take place August 29 - September 8 in Indianapolis.  The remaining
5 spots will be filled at a later date.  [Congrats, Fin!!!]

Boston signed Erick Strickland and placed Joseph Forte on IR with lower back
spasms.

Indiana signed Al Harrington to a 4 year, $24 million contract extension.
