The NBA named Ray Allen (Mil) and Kobe Bryant (LAL) as Players of the
Week.  Allen averaged 31.7 points as Milwaukee went 3-0 and Bryant 
averaged 32.5 points, 7 assists, and 6.3 rebounds as the LA Lakers went
4-0.

The NBA suspended Lamar Odom (LAC) for 5 games for violating the league's
anti-drug program.  This is the 2nd drug related suspension for Odom.

The NBA fined Alvin Gentry (LAC) $7,500 for verbally abusing the refs
during Saturday's GS-LAC game.

The NBA fined Dan Issel (Den) $7,500 for verbally abusing the refs and
failing to leave the court in a timely manner following his ejection from
Saturday's Den-Sac game.

Atlanta placed Theo Ratliff on IR with a strained right hip flexor.

Grant Hill (Orl) had 28 points and 8 rebounds.
Tracy McGrady (Orl) had 27 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists in 54
