spasms.

Minnesota activated Will Avery and placed Terrell Brandon on IR with 
synovitis in his left knee.  Brandon will undergo arthroscopic surgery to
repair a cartilage fracture on the surface of his left femur and will
miss the rest of the season.

Memphis signed Elliot Perry to a 10-day contract and placed Nick Anderson
on IR with a sprained left wrist.
