The NBA released the official list of underclassmen and foreign players
under 22 years old who declared themselves eligible.  Underclassmen and
foreign players under 22 had until May 12 to declare themselves eligible.
Players who have declared can remove their name from the draft up to June 
19.  The NBA draft is June 26.
