Kenyon Martin (NJ) underwent surgery to remove bone chips from his right
wrist.  His wrist will be in a cast for 5 weeks.

Aaron Williams (NJ) underwent arthroscopic surgery to remove debris from
both knees.

Chicago promoted Gar Forman to executive vice president of basketball
operations.

Boris Diaw (1982, Pau Orthez (France), forward) withdrew his name from
