TRADE: Atlanta traded Lorenzen Wright, Brevin Knight, and the rights to Pau
Gasol (#3 draft pick) to Memphis for Shareef Abdur-Rahim and the rights to
Jamaal Tinsley (#27 draft pick).

TRADE: Atlanta traded the rights to Jamaal Tinsley to Indiana for a 
protected 1st round draft pick in one of the next 7 years.  The pick is
top-18 protected for the 2 years, lottery protected for 4 years, and
unprotected in the 7th year.

TRADE: Chicago traded Brian Skinner to Toronto for Charles Oakley.

Atlanta re-signed Nazr Mohammed to a 5 year, $25 million contract.

Denver signed Avery Johnson to a 3 year, $14,975,400 million contract.

Indiana signed 1st round draft pick Jamaal Tinsley (#27) to a 3 year, 
$2,416,080 contract with a 4th year worth $1,545,441 at the team's option.

Miami re-signed Anthony Carter to a 3 year, $12 million contract.

New Jersey signed Todd MacCulloch to a 6 year, $33,750,000 contract.

Orlando signed Horace Grant to a 3 year, $7,425,000 contract with the 3rd
year at the team's option.

Philadelphia re-signed Dikembe Mutombo to a 4 year, $65 million contract.

Phoenix signed Dan Majerle to a 1 year, $1 million contract.

Washington re-signed Christian Laettner to a 4 year, $21 million contract.
