conditional protected 1st round draft pick.  The pick is lottery protected
through 2007.

TRADE: Philadelphia traded Tyrone Hill and Jumaine Jones to Cleveland for
Matt Harpring, Cedric Henderson, and Robert Traylor.

San Antonio signed Cherokee Parks and Amal McCaskill to 1 year contracts.

Washington signed 1st round draft pick (#20) Brendan Haywood to a 3 year,
$3,155,880 contract with a 4th year worth $1,735,305 at the team's option.
