Dikembe Mutombo (NJ) is scheduled to undergo surgery on his right wrist to
repair a torn ligament and his expected to be out for at least 2 months.

Denver activated Vincent Yarbrough and placed Chris Andersen on IR with a
fracture right thumb.

New Jersey activated Brandon Armstrong and placed Kerry Kittles (sprained
left knee) and Chris Childs (tendinitis right Achilles) on IR.  Childs had
been on the suspended list.

Philadelphia activated Monty Williams and placed Efthimios Rentzias on IR
with a lower back strain.
