Joe Dumars (Det) won the Executive of the Year Award.  The award is voted on
by the 29 NBA executives as polled by the Sporting News.  Kevin O'Connor 
(Uta) and Geoff Petrie (Sac) finished behind Dumars in the voting [they
didn't release the voting breakdown].

Hall of Famer Dave DeBusschere died of a heart attack at age 62.
DeBusschere played 12 seasons in the NBA with Detroit (62-63 - 68-69) and 
New York (68-69 - 73-74) and was on New York's 2 championship teams in 1970
and 1973.

Sani Ibrahim (freshman, College of Southern Idaho, forward-center) declared
himself eligible for the NBA draft.

Ben Wallace (Det) had 6 points, 17 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 3 steals.
Richard Hamilton (Det) had 20 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists.
Chucky Atkins (Det) had 17 points including the game winning short baseline
floater with .9 seconds left [technically it was goaltended by Derrick
Coleman, but the ball was halfway down when Coleman reached up through the
hoop to knock it out] and 5 assists.
Tayshaun Prince (Det) had 13 points and 3 blocks.
Derrick Coleman (Phi) had 23 points on 7-11 FG and 8-10 FT and 11 rebounds.
Allen Iverson (Phi) had 14 points including 5-25 FG, 8 rebounds, 9 assists,
and 4 steals.
Eric Snow (Phi) had 16 points.
Det shot 39.2% (29-74) FG and Phi shot 36.7% (29-79) FG.
Chauncey Billups (Det, sprained left ankle) and Tyrone Hill (Phi, torn right
calf muscle) did not play.
Det leads the series 3-2.
