TRADE: Boston traded Kenny Anderson, Vitaly Potapenko, and Joseph Forte to
Seattle for Vin Baker and Shammond Williams.

San Antonio re-signed Danny Ferry to a 2 year contract with the 2nd year at
the team's option.

Toronto rescinded their qualifying offer to Keon Clark, making him an
unrestricted free agent (this is believed to be a salary cap move with the
new salary cap being about $2 million less than expected).

Memphis signed Cezary Trybanski to a 3 year, $4.8 million contract.
