Toronto released Ken Johnson and George Williams.

Indiana released Omar Cook, Carl English, and Michael Smith.

Opening day rosters must be set by 5 pm Central time.  [So expect a ton of
transactions today as players are cut and players are put on IR so teams
get to the 12-man active roster.]
